Well, as of this afternoon we are on our own. Erin’s mom left for KC and now it is just the four of us. I think we’ll manage just fine. All our wonderful friends at church have started supplying meals for us for the next few weeks. I am finally taking some time off of [...]

Thankfully, we were allowed to come home this morning. Both Erin and the baby were doing great so everybody was ok with the early discharge. Now we just get settled in and we’re set.
I think we’d be ok with visitors but just call ahead and give us some notice.

Today was fairly uneventful. Kate is a very even tempered baby. Erin used the term “textbook”. This morning Alexandra and her Grandma arrived to meet the new baby. Alex was very excited to meet “baby tate” and we got a few good pictures.

For lunch we all enjoyed some WaWa hoagies, something Erin has been desiring [...]
